you need to enable iocp via smitty

You need to do some AIX administration. You need to run the "smitty" tool as root to enable iocp.

In a command window, as root:

smitty
select "Devices"
select "I/O Completion Ports"
select "Change/Show Characteristics of I/O Completion Ports"
change state to available
once completed, F3 to previous area, select "Configure Defined I/O Completion Ports"

you will need to reboot once you have the I/O Completion ports enabled, then Domino will be able to run.
